2. Products and purchases
Available products may be purchased through Vendria's hosted checkout. Items marked as coming soon remain previews and cannot yet be purchased or subscribed to.
The product page and checkout show the applicable price, features, delivery, license, cancellation, and payment conditions before purchase. The Vendria checkout remains authoritative for the final amount and payment status.
3. Permitted use
- Browse and contact us for legitimate personal or business purposes.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the site.
- Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, malware, or infringement.
4. Intellectual property
The Erupsy Station name, identity, website design, text, graphics, product concepts, and original portfolio materials belong to Erupsy Station or are used with permission. Browsing does not grant a license to reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works.
Portfolio pieces may include third-party brands, game imagery, or assets for demonstration. Those rights remain with their respective owners.
5. Vendria and external services
Purchases are completed on Vendria's secure hosted checkout, and Vendria's own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing. Links to Behance, Discord, Rigopes, email providers, or other services are offered for convenience and remain subject to their own terms.
6. Availability and liability
The website may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Erupsy Station is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party services, or decisions based only on preview or informational content.
